TO MAN O’ WAR BAY ONLY 4WD CARS ARE COVERED BY OUR INSURANCE POLICY, IT IS AT THE HIRER’S OWN RISK IF THEY WANT TO GO THERE WITHOUT A 4WD VEHICLE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You will not be charged a cancelation fee if you cancel your reservation 7 days ahead of time

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days, but at least 72 hours before your specified pick up time you will be refunded the booking amount minus a 1 day of your hire as cancellation fee

If you cancel your booking in less than 72 hours before your specified pick up time, you will not be entitled to a refund

NOTE: This booking will only be confirmed if

• Your credit card is approved

• Your driver’s license number is correct and valid

• Your date of birth is correctly shown when placing your booking

• All details are correctly entered

FREE DELIVERY

• The free delivery option only applies to Matiatia Ferry Terminal, and please note and be aware that Waiheke has TWO (2) DIFFERENT WHARVES, so please ensure the correct wharf is chosen when booking, when travelling through Fullers you will be arriving at Matiatia Ferry Terminal, when travelling through Sealink you will be arriving at Kennedy Point Ferry Terminal *Kennedy Point Terminal incurs an additional fee*

• Failure on choosing the correct WHARF will result on the customer having to make their own way to the wharf selected prior when booking was placed to pick up the vehicle.

INSURANCE EXCESS

• The hirer acknowledges that he/she shall be liable for the first $2500 of damage or loss;

• OR pay $20 per day and be liable for the first $1250 of damage or loss;

• OR pay $40 per day and be liable for the first $500 of damage or loss;

• OR pay $60 per day and don’t worry about having to pay an excess;

         referred to in the insurance cover specified in clause 11 REGARDLESS OF FAULT.
